Shipping and Handling 

Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with your USPS tracking information.

*Please note that while we dont forsee any delays after your order has been shipped events may occur. Please notify us in the event your shipment is delayed and we will will be happy into locating your shipment for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

We now offer international shipping through DHL express worldwide. Shipping  cost are calculated based on Geographical location of delivery address and the total weight of parcel (shipment).

Please be advised that you follow checkout optionss to recieve your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. 

Electronic signatures will be captured upon all DHL deliveries. Custom fees may apply according to local legislation.Privee' Label does not enforce nor responsible for such fees. Therefore,we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay custom fees will result in the shipment being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are unrefundable

RETURN POLICY

Items bought on Priveelabel.com will accepted for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery date.

All merchandise be received back in it's orignal form.Clothing must NOT be worn.altered,and/or damaged, free of any stains,odors,self-tanning products,cosmetics,hair (including pet hair),deodorant, or perfumes.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling cost. All tags must be attached and none damages (see examples above) when returned.

All clearance items,accessories,swimwear, and intimates are FINAL SALE if such items are returned a $30 fee will be charged and returned to you.

DAMAGES

If in the event your items is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will will return or exchange whichever you prefer.

Any international returns has 30 days from the delivery date to return for exchange or return.

International returns recieved later than 30 days from the delivery date  will be returned back to the buyer.

Discounts codes are available for returns. As stated in prior terms items but be unwashed,free of stains,order,altered, or any other damages.
