Since we do our best to ship packages out promptly as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is successfully placed and processed.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will recieve an detailed email with tracking information when available.

You will receive an email notification from one of our team members indicating refund has been processed. Once you have received an email please allow 2-14 days business days for the credit to be applied back into your account.
