Q.Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed successfully?
-Since we do our best to ship packages out promptly as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is successfully placed and processed.

-Once your order has been placed and processed, you will recieve an detailed email with tracking information when available.

Q.I haven't recieved my package what should I do ?
-In the rare event that you don't recieved your package, please contact our team at info@priveelabel.com to assist you with the location of your order.
Q.How will I know that my refund is being processed? How long will I see my credit?
-You will recieve an email notification from one of our team memebers indicating refund has been processed. Once you have recieved an email please allow 2-14 days bussiness days for the credit to be applied back into your account.
Q.I need to cancel my order what do I do?
-We are unable to modify or stop your order at this time once it is placed and processed.
